NEW Takeover bid on Monday

The soap opera that is Leeds United took another twist today with news that a new bid of £25 million is set to launched on Monday.

Local Radio station Radio Aire has said that it has received information that the BACKERS of Sebastian Sainsbury are set to offer £35 million for the club on Monday, but without Sainsbury himself. There is also talk that they could be ready to work with rival bidder Norman Stubbs (who has attractred potential investment from former directoe Allan Leighton, and BHS chief Phillip Green).
