Leeds v Reading - team news

Kevin Blackwell will go into Saturdays game with Reading with one or two tricky selection problems. With new loan signing Rob Hulse expected to start, Blackwell is looking at reverting back to a 4-4-2 formation.

At the back, Kelly, Butler and Gray will be joined by either Matthew Kilgallon or Clarke Carlisle. The midfield quartet is likely to be Lennon, Gregan and two from Einarsson, Wright and Pugh, with Gylfi and Wright expected to get the nod. Up front, Hulse is likely to replace Deane, and partner Healy. Seth Johnson got another 90 minutes under his belt for the reserves in mid week, and is likely to keep his place on the bench, but Eirik Bakke is having more tests on his knee, after it flaired up in training last week, and is unlikely to figure. Leeds’ home form has been poor – a marked contrast to their away form which has seen them win 4 out of their last 5. Blackwell will be hoping to take some of that kind of form into the game with high flying Reading.
