How do I.....
Send a Message
Simple type your message in the box at the bottom of the chatroom and press the
Return (Enter) key on your keyboard
Change font
You can make your font a different colour or make it bold, italic etc by
pressing the small boxes at the start of the message line before you want the
font to change. This will only change for the message you want to send.
Contact other users
Double click on the username list on the right hand side to Private Message (PM)
other people - it is normally polite to ask in the Chatroom first if you can PM
someone and abuse of this feature could result in a ban.
Float the Chatroom
You may prefer to have the Chatroom appear in a window of it's own
rather than appear on the Unofficial Website - This helps you to continue
browsing other sites but still being able to see the room (if you re-size your
Windows) - To do this, click on the small Box in the top right-hand corner of
the room. To put the Chatoom back on the page, repeat this (The box
changes to a line). NOTE: You can also re-size the Chatroom once it
is a floating window making in longer, shorter, wider etc. as you would do
normally when re-sizing Windows.
