Return of Ricketts

Michael Ricketts returns to Leeds as Cardiff cannot afford the ex Bolton mans wages. During the strikers loan, Leeds have helped pay his £10,000 a week, but Chairman Ken Bates has refused to help out on an extension.

Cardiff have made it clear they want the burly frontman, but unless Leeds back down, or Cardiff find some more money, a deal is unlikely.
Kevin Blackwell hasn’t ruled out Rickttes featuring again for Leeds, but he will be hard pushed to push out one of the 4 quality strikers we are currently using.
That said, Ricketts has been a success at Cardiff, grabbing a few goals, but it would appear that his future lies away from Elland Road
