According to reports, Craig Hignett was at Crewe's training ground and at the Alexandra Stadium and is set to sign for Crewe Alex on loan!

Despite Rovers saying he isn't going anywhere, he was spotted talking to Crewe's boss Dario Gradi and could sign on loan by thursday. This is yet to be confirmed though. The return of Craig Hignett to Gresty Road?
