Jordan regrets selling Morrison

Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan has admitted that he regrets selling Clinton Morrison to Birmingham City.

Palace are without a win in five and have scored just 15 goals this season. Summer signings Andy Johnson (who arrived at Selhurst Park as part of the Morrison deal) and Dele Adebola have scored just one goal each.

"Of course I have regrets about letting Clinton go but I was not given a choice. He wanted to leave," said Jordan.

Jordan say that he does have faith in his strikers to grab the goals though.

"I'm confident Adebola and Andy Johnson will settle and we have Ade Akinbiyi returning from injury."
