Pennant Joins The Hornets

Jermaine Pennant joined Watford today on a 3 month loan deal , and will probably go straight into the Hornets team tommorow.

Jermaine Pennant today joined Ray Lewingtons Watford on loan for a second time , this time the loan deal is a three month stay.

Pennant has not been given many opportunitys at Highbury and first team football came his way today and he will take it by the scruff of the neck.

Pennant siad about his loan move "It's a great club and it's not a big move in terms of distance. I know most of the players, and the spirit and atmosphere was something I enjoyed," he said

"When I had the chance to go out on loan, the best place for me was at Watford." he also added

Jermaine will almost certainly start sunday as Watford take on Ipswich at Vicarage road , hopefully his presence in the team will keep the Hornets right in the promotion mix up.
