Man City secured their top spot at home Vs Barnsley. A 5-1 thrashing which saw Macken get two and Huckrby get a hat-trik saw celebrations all over the country for City fans as they return to the Premiership.

Buce Dyer scored the Barnsley goal but it didn't do much as Barnsley will be relying on results to go their way if they're to stay in Division One.

Meanwhile Manchester United secured Division One football for Leciester. New manager Micky Adams nearlytook Leciester to their first win when they had the better first half but a goal from Solksjaer on the hour mark kept their title hopes alive and Leciester relegation reality.
