Reading boss Alan Pardew was today named manager of the month in Nationwide League Division One for November.

Well the kiss of death awards have been announced and the lucky or should i say unlucky manager for November is Reading's Alan Pardew.

Pardew has lifted Reading right into the promotion race with a 100% November , wins against Millwall (h) 2-0 , Gillingham (a) 1-0 , Watford (h) 1-0 , Palace (a) 1-0 and Brighton (a) 1-0 has lifted the Royals up to 5th spot on 38 pionts.

Reading promoted last year are enjoying this division have already beaten the likes of Wolves away as well this season , but will the manager of the month curse strike Alan Pardew ao will the Royals continue challenging.
