Jon Paul Mcgovern Wants A Blades Switch

Sheff Utd's on loan midfielder wants a permanent switch to Bramall Lane after his loan spell ends.

On loan midfielder Jon Paul Mcgovern has expressed his wish to get a permanent switch to Brammal Lane from Celtic after his six month loan period ends.

Mcgovern stated "I'm really pleased that United want me to stay on. We're talking with Celtic now about the details."

"It's been great for me coming here, I love it, and even though I'm a Celtic lad, if, at the end of my stay, I was offered something permanent, then I'd definitely take it." Mcgovern also added.

Sheff Utd are set to ask Celtic to extend his stay until the end of the season, and the club are already in talks to take the player on a permanent basis.
