Eadie Fears The Worst

Darren Eadie fears he may never play football again after having another injury setback.

The 27 year old midfielder hasn't played for Leicester for over a year and this latest setback could prove the worst.

He targeted a Boxing Day return but this latest injury will now see him put that back at least till March now.

The former Norwich star has been plagued with knee injuries since his then record move to Leicester and will need further surgery because of these fresh concerns.

Eadie said: "I wasn't getting any pain, my knee just started to make a bit of noise and I could feel a lump in there.

"It's another setback and I've have to go under the surgeon's knife yet again."

"Having been out for so long, when something like this happens you start to wonder if you'll ever play again." added Eadie
