Reports on our Nationwide League Division One teams in the FA Cup tonight.
FA Cup Third Round (rearranged) Norwich 3 Mulryne 57 ,
81 Brighton 1 Pethick 49 Att: 17,205 Norwich booked a fourth round tie
against Dagenham and Redbrigde after getting over an early shock to comfotable
overcome fellow Division One side Brighton , it all looked doom and gloom just
after the break for Norwich as Brighton stole the lead on 49 minutes , a free
kick was sent over from Richard Carpenter but to the horror of Robert Green he
fumbled it which dropped to the feet of Robert Pethick who tapped in from
almost on the line , the lead didn't last long and it was scored by Phil
Mulryne he smashed home the leveller after a great knock down from Iwan
Roberts , it was easy street for Norwich now and Brighton had no answer to there
second from Paul Mcveigh the top scorer buried a ball into the net from
the edge of the area , the game was wrapped up on 81 as Phil Mulryhe
grabbed his second and Norwich's third he his free kick was deflected horribly
into the net.

90, Little 79, Blake 86(pen) Grimsby 0 Att: 5,436 Burnley cruised into the next round of the cup with
a 4 goal demolision of a poor Grimsby side , Burnley got off the mark on 25
minutes Ian Moore from a goal kick was sent clear and lashed home an
unstoppable right foot drive from 25 yards , Grimsby were well in the game into
the second half and created a few chances to get themselves level but with 11
minutes left Burnley turned on the style , Glenn Little scored there
second he tapped in a easy chance after magical work from Robbie Blake who
walked around the Town defence to set Little's chance up , Burnley made it safe
on 86 from the penalty spot - Dimitrios Papadopoulos was sent
sprawling in the box by a clumsy Steve Livingstone and Robbie Blake
converted the spot kick , the rout was finished off when Ian Moore
grabbed his second when provided with a one on one he made no mistake to send

pen Cambridge 2 Kitson 58 Att: 7,031 Millwall had to overcome a major scare
to progress throught to the fourth round of the FA Cup , a mad three minutes in
the second half made this game one of the watchable one's of the evening ,
Cambridge took the lead from Dave Kitson on 58 minutes he headed home
from close range after his first header cannoned off the cross bar , two minutes
later Millwall were level when Stevland Angus sent Steve Claridge
sprawling in the box , the latter brushed himself down and narrowly beat the
Cambridge keeper from the spot , bizzarely The U's were infront again within a
minute of Claridge's spot kick a great pass from Kitson found an unmarked Tom
Youngs on the back stick and slotted home with ease , but the shock was not
going to be as two goals on 70 and 77 sealed the win for The Lions , the first
of those two was a Paul Robinson header and the winner was scored from
the ever lively Paul Ifill who headed home a Paul Sweeney free

og. Walsall 1 Wrack 7 AET Walsall win 4-1 on pens Att: 8,767 Walsall booked a fourth round tie at home to
Wimbledon and are still dreaming of a good cup run which could actually buy them
a new pitch , the Saddlers got of to a great start on 7 minutes when Darren
Wrack headed home from a Darren Bazeley cross , both teams were playing well
and chances were few and far between as the defences had the upper hand ,
Reading finally broke through on 32 minutes when Zigor Aranalde put into
his own net when a shot from Newman was on it's way in , Reading went in search
of a winner in the second half but Walsall held strong even with 10 men when Ian
Roper was strechered off and Walsall had already made 3 subs , extra time came
