Walker Injury Woe

Nottm Forest defender Des Walker is facing eight weeks on the sidelines due to a reccurence of a thigh injury.

Walker was taken off in Forest's 1-1 draw at the City Ground against Coventry with a recurrence of the thigh injury that has been plaguing him for weeks .

It's a massive blow for Forest who's form has dipped alarmingly over the past weeks and losing Walker will not make it any better.

"Des is going to possibly be out for eight weeks. said Forest physiotherapist Gary Fleming speaking to the Forest website

"It is a case of pain management over the next few days to get the swelling down and then rehab slowly to let everything heal up and get the strength back into his thigh." Fleming also stated
