Colin Lee is getting ready to say goodbye to the nasty pitch that has been bugging the passing skills of the Saddlers of late.
Colin Lee just can't wait to say goodbye and good riddance to the playing surface at Bescot of late.
The Bescot pitch is about to be dug up and relayed just in time for the Brighton fixture on the 2nd of Febuary.
"You shouldn't have to be thinking about control and passing but that's what has happened over the last few months," said Colin Lee
Lee added "I had two teams in my head, a passing one and a more solid one. I went for the latter because although Wimbledon are a big, strong side we have done a lot of work in that area as well and I knew they wouldn't shove us about."
The Saddlers will not be missing that pitch at all , it's the same pitch that cost them at least a piont against Arch Rivals Wolves.
Goodbye and good riddance
