Mackie Admits Outburst

Reading defender Jon Mackie has admitted to the FA that he threw racial comments towards Sheff Utd striker Carla Asaba.

Reading defender as admitted he made racial comments towards Carl Asaba during the game against Sheff Utd in December.

Carl Asaba did not want the matter to go any further ,but due to the FA's tough stance on getting rid of the racial element in football they (FA) had to look into the incident.

Mackie made a public apology a few days later and donated two weeks wages to the Lets Kick Racism Out Of Football campaign.
