Blues No To Hughes Loan

Premiership Birmingham City have told Burnley boss Stan Ternant that it's a no go on a loan deal for there winger Bryan Hughes.

Burnley have been dealt a blow by Birmingham City rejecting there loan bid for winger Bryan Hughes.

With Aliou Cisse injury Steve Bruce backed against the loan deal saying "With Aliou's situation, I told Burnley that I couldn't let Bryan go."

Cisse will be out for a few weeks and Hughes will stand in as cover for that period.

Leicester had a bid for Hughes a few weeks back but a transfer embargo at the time stopped the deal being done , expect a loan deal being sorted maybe when Cisse regains his fitness and it may be a fight between Leicester (now free to trade) and Burnley.
