Sheffield United Face A Loss Of £1million

Blades boss Neil Warnock has spoken out about the club being on course to lose £1million unless they earn promotion AND win the FA Cup.

The Yorkshire club have had a brilliant year on the pitch with them already having reached the last four of the Worthington Cup and currently lying third in Division One.With Saturdays win over minnows Walsall,the club are also now into the FA Cup Quarter Finals.

Speaking to the Sheffield Star,Warnock said "The board have told me that the only way we'll make money this season is if we win the cup and go up.That's even with getting as far as we did in the Worthington Cup, but I'm not complaining.I knew the situation and everyone has been very open about it."
