Williams Signs New Deal

Reading defender Adie Williams has signed a new deal to keep him at the Madejski until 2005.

Adie Williams has signed a new contract until 2005 , it's a massive bonus for Williams who is back to enjoying his football with Reading.

Williams who signed for Wolves in 1996 had a topsy turvy four years at Molineux but was resigned by Alan Pardew in 2000.

Alan Pardew told the official Reading site "I'm very pleased that Adie has signed this contract. He has found his very best form this year and has been a real leader for us."

Pardew continued "His inclusion in the Welsh squad this season was no more than he deserved and maybe they need to take another look at him soon."
