Burley v Gregory Round 3

PFA have warned Derby they will face action if they don't settle the cash dispute with Craig Burley.

The Craig Burley v John Gregory & Derby is into round three , Burley claims Derby owe him a £200,000 and now the PFA are stepping him to try and sort things out.

Burley has also claimed since turning a move to Middlesborough down he has been left on the scrap heap as the tit for tat between Gregory and Burley continues.

PFA Deputy executive Mick McGuire said "If there's a recognition that the player is owed money then we would get a transfer embargo put on the club."

"If that's what we had to do then we'd do it." Mcguire added
