Seagulls News

Brighton are expected to recall veteran goalkeeper Dave Beasant as they bid to complete a hat-trick of wins at home to Millwall, although Sheffield United boss Neil Warnock has confirmed an interest in signing the 43-year-old as cover for Paddy Kenny.

Beasant should start in goal for the Seagulls with Ben Roberts having returned to Charlton.

Brighton will be without striker Gary Hart, who begins a four-match ban, and Tony Rougier may get an immediate debut following his temporary move from Reading.

Iceland international Ivar Ingimarsson is set to make his home debut in central defence in the absence of Robbie Pethick, Ingimarsson played in the 1-0 victory at Bradford last Saturday when Pethick was ruled unfit with a back problem.

Lions News

Dennis Wise returns for Millwall's trip to the Withdean Stadium after recovering from a stomach bug.

The Lions also have Paul Ifill and Matt Lawrence back from suspension, but full-back Lawrence will miss out with a foot injury.

Defender Mark Phillips will not play after pulling out with a hamstring injury in the reserves this week, but striker Neil Harris has an outside chance of rejoining the squad after an absence of eight matches with a twisted ankle.

Captain Stuart Nethercott remains sidelined by a groin injury, while Andy Roberts will not return from a knee problem.
