No Magilton Link - Mariners

Grimsby boss Paul Groves has dismissed reports linking him to Ipswich midfielder Jim Magilton.

Grimsby have quashed reports linking them to Jim Magilton of Ipswich.

Magilton is currently in the Ipswich set up and gunning for a playoff spot , so i think the rumours of a loan bid or permanent move are pie in the sky.

A club spokesman for Grimsby stated "Paul Groves and Paul Wilkinson see a hell of lot of players and they've got certain targets."

"There are many players that we like, but whether we've made an enquiry about them is a different matter."
