Groves Trials Leeds Lad

Grimsby boss Paul Groves has given a trial to Leeds striker Michael Ward.

Grimsby have drafted in Leeds striker Michael Ward on a trial.

The Leeds youngster is hoping for first team football and will hopefully get a good crack at it at Blundell Park , Ward is a successful graduate of the Leeds United Academy.

Paul Groves is hoping another trialist  Wayne Gill will return for a second trial at Grimsby , his trial was cut short due to illness and he didn't have time to impress the Grimsby boss.
