Gradi: Crewe Won't Panic

The Crewe boss has told the clubs official site there is no need to sell and will only consider offers if it's right for the player to leave. The cheshire club were relegated on Sunday and many reckoned the club would have to sell due to the ITV situation but Dario rubbished them comments byt saying 'We won't panic'...

"We don't have to panic and sell players, we are not in that situation."

"We have always said that we would consider offers for players if they were the right offers and the right moves for the players concerned, but we don't have to panic and undersell players."

With the ITV Digital affair threatening the very existance of a number of Football League clubs, the Alex's future appears to be secure, despite relegation and unlike like many of their rivals, Crewe players won't be offloaded as a cost cutting exercise."

"It's difficult to know how much you can spend until the ITV Digital affair is sorted out. At the moment I will look to improve the squad with free transfer players, and I think there will be some very good ones around."
