Matthew Taylor - Pompey's young full back is to under go surgery on a heel injury , reports suggest that he will miss the season but those rumours are untrue and he will miss three weeks.

Taylor has been outstanding and has played a major part in Pompey's title surge this term , he has been uncomfortable for some time and getting an operation on the heel is better now then later.

Redknapp added "Matt Taylor will have his operation this week."

"He's struggling and we don't know if we will see him again this season. Hopefully we will."
