Bramble deal delayed

The proposed transfer of Titus Bramble from Ipswich to Newcastle has been delayed.

The Geordies have halted the transfer for around two weeks until a heel injury that Bramble is suffering from has cleared up.

It is not thought that the deal is any danger and the delay is common in recent times with such amounts been invested in transfers that clubs can not afford to sign players who are carrying injuries.
