Terry Cooke has signed for Grimsby Town on a free transfer.
Cooke spent the final month of the season with the Blundell Park club on a short term contract after Manchest City released him from his contract.
During his time with The Mariners Cooke scored on his debut against Norwich and impressed in two more games against Burnley and Millwall.
Cooke had stated that we would like to stay with Grimsby but boss Paul Groves was unable to offer a contract until now due to poor finances at the club.
Groves spoke to the clubs official site about his first full signing as manager of the club. "We have already seen enough of Terry to know how capable he is, and we are delighted that he has agreed to come to Blundell Park. He has the pedigree and class that we need for success in Division One."
