Ince to Wolves

Wolves are believed to be open talks with former England midfielder Paul Ince this week.

The former West Ham, Manchester United, Inter Milan, Liverpool and Middlesbrough man is currently without a club after his contract expired at the Riverside.

Since then he has been linked with many clubs home and abroad, it was thought that Ince would return to Italy, possibly with Como, after his happy spell there with Inter Milan in the mid-90's.

However it now appears that Wolves boss Dave Jones has managed to attract Ince to the West Midlands. Ince was at the friendly against Stockport on Saturday possibly watching his new team-mates.

Jones is desperate to take Wolves into the Premiership after last season dissapointment and is scouring the transfer market to boost his squad. Ince's former Manchester United team mate Dennis Irwin signed for Wolves last week and Ince could also follow.
