Gregan transfer back on AGAIN!!!

Sean Gregan's on-off-on-off-on-off (you get the picture) transfer to West Brom looks to be back on AGAIN!

After several knockbacks for Preston, Baggies boss Gary Megson has decided not to let his man get away and has returned with another bid for The Lilywhites skipper.

It is believed that the two clubs have agreed a fee of around £2million, well below Preston's valuation of Gregan but are the club feeling the pinch from the ITV fiasco?

Gregan is in talks with the Baggies and looks set to conclude the deal this week.

Speaking to the Express and Star Preston chairman Derek Shaw told of the situation. "Albion are back in touch and thats all I want to say on the matter".

Megson told the West Brom official site his thoughts. "We would like to get Sean in as quickly as we can now that our bid has been accepted."
