New Cash Crisis at Wrexham?

Wrexham captain and Professional Footballer's Association representative Brian Carey says Wrexham's players have not received their December wages.

''We were supposed to get paid on Friday but it didn't come through so there were a lot of phone calls," said centre back Brian Carey.

"We're going to get paid Tuesday and could have demanded it on Friday, but it's not good publicity for the club."

The news follows a cash-flow problem at the Racecourse in November when only half the players' wages were paid.

One last comment took my interest though, "There is a need for better communication all round from the club."

What does this mean? Is this a sign of something coming ahead in the future?

The last two home crowds have been a warm welcome, especially on the financial side of things, lets hope for 3 points on Saturday away at Chesterfield to send us back in the play-off zone!
