| Brave Wrexham lose to an early goal |
| Top of the table and on form Bristol City did enough to secure 3 points in their target for division 1 football next season. A Luke Wilkshire goal just after three minutes was enough to give Bristol City all three points and keep them at the top of the Division Two table. The striker rifled home from Aaron Brown's cross for his third goal of the season and give City a good start. The Robins dominated the rest of the match, with the best chances falling to Brown and the impressive Wilkshire. City could have scored more, but veteran goalkeeper Andy Dibble made a superb double save to deny Leroy Lita and Lee Peacock.
