The administrators acting for Darlington Football Club, have today agreed on a deal with a consortium which will secure the club's future.

A Wilson Field spokesman told BBC Radio Cleveland that the contract was a voluntary arrangement proposal and will be signed later on Friday.
More details of the deal with the Sterling consortium will be revealed on Monday (probably in the Northern Echo newspaper), allowing the club's creditors to vote on the arrangement later.
Darlington went into administration before Christmas with debts of £20m+
