Man City bag Ball

PSV left back Michael Ball has joined Manchester City. The North-West club decided to make a bid for the 27-year old after he impressed during a short trial at the club.

PSV and City have now agreed a deal and so have the player and the club. Ball has signed a contract until the end of the season.

The defender found himself surplus requirements at PSV. He made only nine starts and three sub appearances for the Dutch champions this term.
