Chelsea and Barcelona ready to fight for Trezeguet

Both Chelsea and Barcelona are reported as pushing Juventus over the transfer of David Trezeguet. Juve's general manager Luciano Moggi, recently stated that terms had been agreed with Trezeguet for a new contract,

however it remains unsigned, casting a huge shadow over Juventus's ability to hold on to their French star.


Joan Laporta, barca's president last week confirrmed that he was having talks with Moggi concerning Trezeguet. And it is being reported that Roman Abromaovich, is ready to splash some of his seamingly endless cash to bring the striker to London.

Chelsea and Bacelona are both expected to take advantage of FIFA's player awards night, to press for talks with both Juvenuts and Trez.
