Arsenal and Liverpool Chase Oddo

Liverpool and Arsenal are looking to cash in on Lazio's current cash crisis, with a bid for defender Massimo Oddo. The Italian club had there shares suspended by the Milan stock exchange this week and look ripe to start losing players.

And Liverpool and Arsenal want to be the first clubs to profit from Lazio's misfortune, in securing the services of the 27 year old defender.

It is thought any deal would be worth around 4 Million as Lazio desperately attempt to raise cash, which for an Italian In ternational of Oddo's class is almost breathtaking.

Many of the top players are thought to have to leave Lazio in the summer as the club battles against administration.
