AC Milan: It took us 3 years to sign Kaka

AC Milan general director Ariedo Brida, revealed that the milan club had been tracking Kaka for 3 years before the succesfully signed him in the summer.

"We became aware of Kaka after a series of international tournaments with the Brazil youth side which took place in South America and Europe," he told 'Tuttosport'. "We started to take notice when our scouts started bringing back good reports. We commenced to follow that up by watching some video tapes of him in action. We observed a complete growing talent and decided to move for him"

So for my many and varied friends who always ask, why is it these players never come to the premership first, there is the answer, amazing scouts and a great deal of patience.
