Italian Football News: Sampdoria in for Juninho

Sampdoria are keeping an eye on Lyon midfielder Juninho Pernambucano and are thinking of making a move come the summer. The 28 year old Brazilian has been atracting a lot of admiring glances with some good play this season.

They will be sending representatives to watch him in the champions league against Porto this week.

Any deal would is thought to be worth 2.5 million although this has to be confirmed, earlier reports that they were also keeping tabs on a right back are now thought to be wide of the mark.
