AC Milan and Manchester United in for Defender

AC Milan and Manchester United are getting ready for what could be the transfer battle, of the summer over a young teenage defender, that is rated at around the 10 Million mark by his club Anderlecht.

Vincent Kompany, has long been in Milans sights as the young defender has impressed and is regarded by many including Alex Ferguson as the best defender of his age anywhere in the world.

Milan have already held talks with Anderlecht, in an attempt to get the asking price down from 10 Million, but Manchester United have stated that they are willing to meat whatever Milan will offer it looks as though Anderlecht are holding all the aces, in what promises to be a hard fought transfer battle.
