Inter about to move for second Chelsea player?

After the news last week that Inter we're thinking of bidding for Chelsea's Veron, comes the news yesterday that they are thinking of making it a double signing, with an attempt to lure midfielder Frank Lampard away from the Premership.

Inter officials had the player watched in the champions league tie against Monaco on Tuesday, and are set to make a move for Lampard who has less than 2 years left on his contract.
