Chelsea player's agent admits Inter Milan link

Steve Kutner, Frank Lampards agent admitted that their had been and still is interest from Inter Milan in a bid to sign Lampard. He also stated that they were not the only Italian side to be taking an interest, with both Inter city rivals Milan and Juventus waiting in the wings.

Lampard has a further 2 years to go on his current contract and it is believed that he would be willing to extend on that, given the oportunity. They are in discussions with Chelsea to that very end but admits to being 'polls apart', in terms of actually reaching an agreemeant.

For many Lampard has been this seasons best player at Chelsea, but unless they offer him the right contract it does look as if a move to Italy could very well be on the cards.
