Bayern Munich's want away full back suddenly finds himself very popular, with the news yesterday that Spurs had already tabled a bid to lure Bixente Lizarazu to Whit Hart Lane, Inter have decided it is time to act.
Reports yesterday were saying that the 34 year old French man was ready to sign a 2 year deal with Spurs, have been labeled as premature, although the player himself is refusing to rule out a move anywhere yet saying:
"It's possible I could be playing in any of the big championships - Italy, England and Spain. It all depends on what I am offered.
"I still have a month left at Bayern, then I will take a short holiday with my family. At 34, I think I have two years left at the top level."
It was considered that Spurs were favourites, but with Inter Milan now opening early negotations it seams like its anyones guess, he has however in the past expressed a preference for the premership, but a chance to end his career at the San Siro must be a tempting one.
