In what could very well be Giovanni Trapattoni's successor's first match in charge of the national side, will see Italy travel to Beijing to take on the Chinese national team. The actual venue has yet to be confirmed.
The match is being looked upon as a chance to boost Italian football's image in the far east, which could prove to be a very lucrative market indeed, it is also hoped it could do its it to boost Italian commerce in the region.
The match itself is currently scheduled for November 17th, but could in actuality take place on November 21st.
Although who will actually be in charge of the national side by November is prehaps the biggest mystery.
