Juventus in for Lampard confirms agent

Steve Kutner who is the agent of Chelsea star Frank Lampard has confirmed that he has had talks with Juventus over the players future. Speaking to the News of the World he states: "It's true that Juve has contacted Chelsea about Frank and has declared that they want him."

He goes on to state: "Juventus are ready to get Frank under contract, while Chelsea are reluctant. I want Chelsea to clear up the situation."

Juventus could be well placed in any negotation with Chelsea at least better placed than anyone else, as Chelsea want to sign Nedved and Trezeguet, so they could prehaps use Lampard as leverage.
