Arsenal and Barca wiling to fight for Parma star

The race to sign Parma keeper Sebastien Frey is looking to heat up over the next couple of days, with premership interest from Arsenal countering La Liga interest from Barcelona. Newely promoted Palermo,

look to be the strongest Italian challengers and in fact the first bidders with an inital bid of 3 million tabled.

The French keeper will have to be sold to help Parma's current financial crisis, and club Administrators have placed at least a 3 million price tag on his head.
