Lazio poised to make bid for Charlton Striker

Lazio are planning a move for Cahrlton centre forward Paolo di Canio, the much traveled Italian has often said that he would welcome a move back to Italy and that he wanted to end his career at Lazio, looks very much like he is to be given the chance.

Although he has only recently signed a one year deal with the Londond club, the Lazio president Ugo Longo, thinks he stands a good chance of landing the Italian.

Although often a argumentative figure in his time at Sheffield Wedensday, there has never been any doubting of the mans talent, and a chance to return home may be ideal.
