Carlo Cudicini staying with Chelsea

Carlo Cudicini has stated that he is not interested in a return to Italy and wants to stay and fight for his place at Chelsea, despite having to play second fiddle to Petr Cech

He is under contract to 2008 and is insisting he will see it out even if he has to spend all that time fighting for his place.

A few Italian clubs were interested in Cudicini, most recently Palermo, his agent was even quoted as saying that his client would be interested in a move away from England but this looks like the end of that.
