Inter Milan to move on Newcastle target

Reports in Italy have Inter Milan ready to attempt to sign Newcastle United target Sammy Kuffour. The Ghanaian international was expected to leave Bayern Munich in January and Newcastle were being touted as his favoured destination.

But it now appears that the defender will wait until June and join inter on a free, his agent was quoted as saying: ‘we don’t know what the future will bring for Sammy, only that we will not rush and make the wrong decision, if that involves waiting until the summer then so be it.’
