No January move Kompany tells premiership

Vincent Kompany the highly rated young defender who is wanted by a host of clubs including Arsenal, Manchester United and Newcastle in the Premiership and AC Milan and Inter Milan in Serie A has ruled out any January transfer talk.

And in doing so moved a massive step closer to Inter Milan declaring: "I do not want to leave Belgium in January because I must finish my studies. I am very happy with the comments made by Mancini about me and it would appeal to me to play for Inter. But it is too early to consider this. For sure in January I will not leave."

He is just about the hottest young property on the market at then moment and it will be interesting to say the least to see where he ends off.
