David Beckham gives Spanish lessons

In his first ever interview in Spanish David Beck ham is showing how well he has adapted to life in Spain and how relaxed he is with his surroundings. In between incessant media attention, and troubles in his private life the star could have been forgiven for wanting away from Spain.

However it seams the furthest thing from his mind as he adapts to the language and culture of Madrid, something I personally thought he would struggle with.

"At this point of the season all the games are very important and the Liga is a key trophy for us," said the player "If we gained the six points that there is on offer I am sure that we will be able to enjoy Christmas.

"If we do not obtain it, we will still enjoy the Christmas period, but not as much, because we will not have reduced the distance that separates us from Barcelona."
