Spurs swoop for Modena starlet

Modena midfielder David Limbersky, will join Spurs on 28 December. He was expected to join Udinese in the summer but the deal broke down because of work permit problems, the player himself is said to be delighted with the move and hopes to make it a permanent deal.

Limbersky is actually owned by Juventus and could just be the expected make weight in any potential King deal that the Italian press have been eluding too.

Although he has only played four games for Modena, they had high hopes for him. The player will need to impress Spurs coach Martin Jol to make the deal permanent.
