Milan lose Berlusconi

AC Milan has lost the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi as their President. He was forced to stand down today as a new law on conflicts of interest comes into force. He had been President since 1986 and often quite a controversial one.
Occasionally demanding coaches change tactics and players from his stadium box as he once did to Carlo Ancelotti.
But the law which was passed in July to resolve the clash between Berlusconi's political power and his encompassing business empire has forced an end to all that.
No new President has been named as yet.
